Creating an OutreachCircle Client Account for your campaign, cause, or organization takes just a few steps. This document gives a quick overview of the client vs. supporter platforms, summarizes the steps to get set up, and provides links to the details of each step.

Overview of Client vs. Supporter Platforms
OutreachCircle has two sides:
- Client Platform (client.outreachcircle.com), from which it is managed, and
- Supporter Platform (outreachcircle.com) where supporters/volunteers can complete actions.
Both can be accessed using a web browser. The supporter side also offers an app that can be downloaded to your phone.
Both client accounts and supporter accounts require that a user set up an account with an email as username and a password.
A client account can have multiple administrators, meaning a single OutreachCircle campaign can have multiple admins, each with their own individual user logins. Likewise, individual users can be admins for multiple OutreachCircle campaigns.
A supporter account is for a single supporter. Supporters can support multiple OutreachCircle campaigns from one account.
A user signed in on the client side can access the following for each OutreachCircle they administrate:
- Manage OutreachCircles
- Invite new admins
- Set an OutreachCircle to Private/Public
- Edit the "About" section of an OutreachCircle (Name, contact info, logo, welcome message, etc)
- View the Supporters of an OutreachCircle (including name, email, telephone)
- View which supporters of the OutreachCircle have taken actions
- Set up, activate, and deactivate actions
- Send emails directly to supporters of an OutreachCircle
- Create recruitment links, QR codes, and flyers for both online and in-person recruitment of supporters
- Sign up for paid plans (OutreachCircles on paid plans have additional features such as more detailed Reports, list/voter file matching, and scheduling actions)
A user signed in on the supporter side can:
- Search for OutreachCircles to support
- View the live actions of all the OutreachCircles they support in their feed
- Complete actions for the OutreachCircles they support
- See which actions they have already completed
- View all the OutreachCircles they support
- Share their OutreachCircles with friends
- Access and add their own contact lists
- View, edit, and delete contacts and contact lists (only available on the OutreachCircle app)
- Send emails to friends
- Send texts to friends (only available on the OutreachCircle app)
Setting up an OutreachCircle:
- Create a User Profile. If you already have a user profile, go to client.outreachcircle.com and login
- Create the OutreachCircle. Once you are logged into your account, click the "Create OutreachCircle" Button on the Admin Home Page to start the setup wizard
- Set up your supporter landing page. On the "About" Screen, check the information you entered in the setup wizard. Edit and add any missing information to ensure your supporter landing page will display correctly*
- Import Lists / Voter Files (optional)
- Create Actions
- Invite Supporters
*Before you will be able to view your OutreachCircle on the supporter side or set up actions for your supporters to take, your OutreachCircle needs to be in "Active" status. The status of your OutreachCircle can be viewed at the top of your "About" screen. Please remember that all fields must be filled in on the "About" screen before the OutreachCircle will go "Active."

Your supporter landing page will display your OutreachCircle name, location, logo, introduction, and a candidate photo if you are running a campaign OutreachCircle.
