OutreachCircle Salesforce Integration

If you use Salesforce, you can integrate it with your OutreachCircle to easily import your Salesforce lists into OutreachCircle.

Connecting Your Salesforce Account to OutreachCircle

On your Settings page, click on Integrations and then select Salesforce. Then click Connect. Enter your Salesforce domain URL. It should be in the format of https://yourcompanyname.my.salesforce.com.

Importing Salesforce Lists

Click on Import List via SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language). Paste your SOQL into the box, then click Validate SOQL.

Map your Salesforce fields to OutreachCircle fields. You can also map custom fields. To make sure the mapping is correct, click Preview.

Finally, name your list. You can also choose to schedule updates to your list on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Click on Schedule the list import or Import list now (if it’s a one-time import).

You can view the imported lists on the Lists/Voter Files page under the Salesforce tab.
