Reports

Report downloads are available on Silver and higher plans.  If you would like to request a different report, please email [e-mail]. 

To access a report:

1. Log into your client account at https://client.outreachcircle.com.
2. In your OutreachCircle campaign, navigate to Reports. For reports on Peer to Peer Texting actions, click the Peer to Peer Texting tab. For reports on anything else, stay on the Relational (Overall) tab.
3. If you want to filter your report so it only shows statistics for a specific action, click the Action Name dropdown menu at the top and select the action you want. (For Peer to Peer Texting reports, you will need to select a specific action before you can choose a report.)
4. Choose the type of report you would like and click Send Report.

OutreachCircle offers the following types of relational reports:

• Supporter report: Details relevant statistics for each of your supporters.
• Form Responses: Responses from supporters on forms.
• Email Messages to Supporters report: Details for emails sent to supporters, including action reminders, supporter invites, or any automated emails sent to the supporter.
• Action Summary report: Details the number of times actions have been seen and taken overall and the number of unique supporters interacting with each action.
• Email Performance report: Shows the results of emails sent by your supporters.
• Text Message Performance report: Shows the results of text messages sent by your supporters.
• Survey Response report: Shows responses from people/voters to survey actions. There is one entry per survey action per person and it is sorted by voter or list ID. If a person responds more than once to the same survey, the most recent response is shown.
• Tags report: View tags assigned to recipients and assigned contacts.
• Canvassing Person report: Shows all people surveyed by supporters as part of Search and Survey action efforts.
• Canvass Survey Response report: Details responses from people surveyed as part of a Search and Survey action.

OutreachCircle offers the following types of P2P Texting reports:

• P2P Action Summary: Overall statistics for your P2P action.
• P2P Message Log: Shows the text of each message sent as part of this P2P action.
• P2P Recipient Summary: Shows message details aggregated into one row per recipient.
• P2P Tags Report: Shows the tags applied for each recipient.
• P2P Survey Response Report: Shows all the survey responses recorded for each recipient.

The report will be emailed to you.

Check your email account and download the report from your email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
