Action (n) A task or update for supporters. It is displayed with a headline and description in the feed of the supporter side of an OutreachCircle and may have links that allow supporters to take action within the platform, in third-party platforms, or in the real world.

Admin (n) An individual or user who has created a login account and has permission to manage an OutreachCircle account. Admins can manage multiple OutreachCircles.

App Code (n) A unique identification code for an OutreachCircle account. 

Client (n) The word client is used to indicate the administrative side of OutreachCircle (https://client.outreachcircle.com), as opposed to the supporter side (https://outreachcircle.com). 

Contacts (n) Refers to any contact list belonging to a supporter that can be imported on the supporter side of OutreachCircle.

Group (n) A sub-group of supporters of an OutreachCircle.

List (n) A list refers to a voter file or list that is uploaded/imported to the administrative (client/admin) side of OutreachCircle. When linked to an email/text or survey action, it limits the possible recipients to those who are in both the supporter’s contacts and the action’s assigned list.

OutreachCircle (n) This is the name of the company, the product and the account. An OutreachCircle is both a hub to manage supporters and volunteers and a relational organizing platform.

Recruitment Link (n) The unique link to the landing page for supporters of an OutreachCircle.

Supporter (n) An individual who agrees to support an OutreachCircle by creating a login. Once signed up, the supporter may view actions, complete actions and share the OutreachCircle sign-up information and link with friends.

Supporters (List) (n) A list of the supporters of an OutreachCircle OR a list uploaded to the client side of an OutreachCircle in order to invite them to become supporters.
